New Cropping Strategies
The subprogram is expected to produce new cropping practices based on the identification of barley genotypes that are strong inducers of and responders to allelobiosis. The effects of allelobiosis on aphid behaviour and growth are studied, as well as its impact on barley growth patterns and metabolism.
